Hello,

My name is Ronen Shirom and I am a TCM practitioner for the last 10 years. I have encountred a problem for which I would appreciate your assistance:

Conventional blood tests of A 50 year old woman patient showed high Imunogloboline levels and around 2,500 igM's (10 times the normal level), on the other hand igA's were slightly below the norm. In a second blood test, a rise in levels was demonstrated.

According to TCM diagnosis, tongue indicates tendency to blood deficiency and conventional blood tests show lack of iron. My questions are:

Can blood deficiancy (TCM diagnosis) lead to a state of high level of Imunoglobolines?

Does the fact that conventional blood tests show Imunogloboline level 10 times the norm, clearly indicate that there's an antigene the body can not overcome?

Is there a Chinese herb formula that deals with the combination of high level of Imunogloboline (conventional medicine) and blood definciency (TCM)?

In the Nan Jing chapter 14 the Yellow Emperor states clearly the significance of high level IgM...
Really Ronen, is this how you practice Chinese med.?
You can never treat people by Ch. med. according to a Western modern diagnosis. This is entirely erroneous. Experience demonstrates that Hypercholesterolemia may exist with Sp Yang Xu or with GB Damp-heat condition or with K Qi not firm. So how exactly is the hypercholesterolemia diagnosis relevant for your treatment?
I shall be more than happy to assist, but please talk to me Chinese med. What does the tongue show, what does the pulse show, Symptoms, signs, body color, odors, Mu points... Tell me about those and we'll see what we cab make out of them. I can only assure you that if you shall be able to balance your patient by this disagnosis, also the her blood reading will stabilize.
