Dear Shmuel! In my country it's winter now, the temperature is from - 10 to -20 C. And a woman, 36 y.o. develops severe flegm-heat allergy during this season only, for several years. Acupuncture helps, but partially. You are lucky to live in a warm climate, but are there any ideas about this situation?
Lack of Qi and blood?
Thank you.

Tongue pink, moist, with teeth marks, red tip, pale on the rims, yellow coat.
Liver pulse- wiry.

Thank you and wish you happy holidays.

This is probably an external cold pathogen which might have turned hot. If this occurres only in the winter time, use points that release exterior conditions such as: Li-4/ Li-11/ G-20/ B-12/ Du-14 etc. Also, in such conditions, it is appropriate to use Guasha technique over the upper back.
