Dear anonymous,
In view of Ch.med. differentiation of syndromes you probably have a problem related to the domain of the Tai Yin, i.e., the lung and spleen system. It is obvious that there is plenty of dampness/phlegm accumulated in your system. When the spleen Qi is weak, digestion is not efficient. The digestive system produces plenty of internal dampness/phlegm which accumulates in the digestive system itself and also in the chest and respiratory system. As a result, there is shortness of breath, expectoration of phlegm, tiredness, dislike of talking etc. Plenty of gas is due to inefficient digestion, and sneezing is due to the accumulation of dampness in the nose and respiratory system.
If you check in to a Ch. doctor I am sure he/she'll be able to help you. In the meantime, try taking the pill formula: Er Chen Wan, this may help to reduce the amount of phlegm and assist symptomatically with the other issues. It is available at any Ch.med herbal store.

Thanks doctor Halevi.

If I go and see chinese doctor, can I still eat the "er chen wan" together with the medicine prescribed? or should try "er chen wan" first before seeing the doctor?

Thanks

You may start right away with the Er Chen Wan pills: 8 pills X 3 daily usually. When you find a Ch. Dr. to your liking you'll need to abide by what he/she tells you to do.
