These are usually ordered at any carpentry shop. The sizes are specified in the book.

THe most frequently used is the LongStick which is 40 cm long and 2 cm in diameter. Both ends must be smoothed and rounded.

Have you heard of Biro Acupuncture? At a meeting, my teacher of acupunctue came across a friend suffering from back pain. He took out his biro and took the friend's hand and drove the blunt end (not the ball point) into Si-3 and gave it deep massage until the pain disapeared.

Now I consider a 40 cm chopstick much too llong for a job like that.

Of course. In my book, I recommend the use of three types of chopsticks, of which the long one (40 cm) is recommended for points situated on large muscle areas such as G-30 or B-23.
