At such a dire medical situation our hearts can only go out to you. The last time I treated a case of no lung I found Acupuncture very helpful and would recommend finding a good practitioner who is not afraid of using hot needles. I also found that horehound as a herbal tisane was indispensable. If this condition was bought on by a nicotine addiction then Plantain will be very useful. Thyme also is both palatable and of service. 2 parts Horehound, 1 thyme and sage and a little plantain given as a tisane, to taste, sipped at frequent intervals. Stop only when improvement is established. As I write this I am reminded of that great and powerful adaptogen Tulsi, by all means add it, but don't rely on tulsi alone.

I know this is an Acupuncture forum, but any suggestion in the right direction will be helpful. This is not to deminish, in any way, the importance and the promise of good results that acupuncture is capable to deliver.

I wish you every success.
