Hello Pat.
Fruit is mainly Yin in nature, in relation to other food types. It is very juicy, watery and in most cases supplement the body Yin Qi. Yet, fruit has varieties within its group. There are fruit species that are more Yang than Yin and v.v. For instance pineapple is more Yang and water melon is, naturally, more Yin.
