Hello to this beautiful forum
I have heard that some Chinese herbs can reverse the graying of your hair back to normal (young...)......
Is it true? which are these herbs?
Thank you.

I hope that your picturesque user-name has nothing to do with your question here
Yes, actually there are Ch. herbs that claim to reverse the greying of your hair. Actually, I myself have witnessed such two "miracles". The most renowned herb for this task is called: He Shou Wu (Polygonum). It is usually sold in Ch. herbal shops in pills or liquid vials containing the concentrated herb. It is considered a blood tonic in Ch. med. For greying hair purposes it must be taken in the course of several months, up to half a year.
Good luck.

This herb should not be used by those with diarrhea, liver damage, or when there are phlegm conditions associated with Spleen deficiency. Before using medicinal herbs for an extended period of time it is best to consult a well-trained acupuncturist
