Hello ,
Is Accupuncture an effective tool for a kind of "face lifting". Can it serve as an natural alternative to Plastic surgery ?

If you have experience in the area, which points would you use for a general improvment in the face skin and complection and wrinkle reduction.

No, it is not. still, if you have a medical problem such as sunken eyelid, puffy eyes, swelling of the face or paleness or a purple-red nose color, acupuncture may help to a certain degree.
It is also believed that regular acupuncture and/or Qi Gong self-massage techniques on the face, can make one's appearance look better, livelier and can postpone the arrival of age wrinkles etc. If you apply acupuncture for this specific reason, it should better be shallow, using mostly the Yang Ming points on the face but actually any acupuncture point on the face should do the job. You usually apply 5 points bilaterally at a session.

I ran a search on the internet and saw tens of clinices (especialy in the US and UK) that specializes in Cosmetic Accupuncture.
I wonder what procedure is being taken.

For example this one:

Face Rejuvenation
Now is the time to look fifteen years younger. Acupuncture can help you to look as young as you feel.

How?
Acupuncture increases the blood circulation to the area where the fine tiny needles are inserted. With increased circulation of blood the muscles relax, and they become tightened. The small and shallow wrinkles will disappear and the larger deeper wrinkles will open and soften.

How long does the procedure take?
I believe it is best if patients are treated 2 times per week for 5 weeks if possible. If the patient has deep wrinkles the procedure can take up to 8 weeks. Once the procedure is completed it can last to up to 5 years, if the patient takes care of their face.

Is this procedure painful?
The procedure is much less painful than many types of facial skin treatments. The needles are very tiny and they are inserted very shallow in the dermal layer of the skin.

Will I need special products to take care of my face?
Yes and no. The procedure works with or without special products. I do sell Arbonne products, at my office, because I feel they are superior to other products. These products have all the wonderful ingredients to keep your face healthy, without harmful products added. The cost is less than the products found in department stores. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture works without any special products, but the results will be faster and will last longer using good products.
