Does anybody know of a patent pill for sinusitis beside Bi Yan Pian (which doesn't seem to help)?

Yes, Pe Min Kan Wan is quite a good formula. In acute sinusitis take 4 pills 4-5 times daily. Reduce dosage proportionally for children.
